• Intermediate Cooking Days

    Our Intermediate Cooking Days are perfect if you already know the cooking basics but are looking to improve your skillset and increase your recipe repertoire. We have a variety of tips and tricks that will get you wondering why you didn’t take these classes sooner.

    Weekdays 9am – 5pm 7pm (lunch included)

    Vegetarian and dietary requirements can be catered for on request, but time restraints mean meal alternatives will not be demonstrated.

  • Ready Steady Bake

    Unleash your inner Mary Berry and learn everything you need to know about baking with our Ready Steady Bake Class and how Clarence Court Duck Eggs make any cake that much better!

    All ages are welcome (those younger than 10 years needs to be booked with a paying adult).
    Those classes that state ‘Adults Only’ are for 18+ years only

    Sundays 2.30pm – 5.30pm (sweet treats to take home)

    Macaron time! This Masterclass will teach you everything you need to know about the popular and ever so delicious Macaron while making an abundance of them…

    We only use the best Clarence Court Eggs in our kitchen so you will be using these beauties during this class.

    Evening 7pm – 10pm (BYOB)
