Avenue Cancellation Cover

Description

Add extra flexibility to your booking with our Avenue Cancellation Cover. Designed for peace of mind, this optional add-on allows you to transfer your class if plans change, helping you avoid losing your spot due to unforeseen circumstances.

The policy covers any circumstance notified to us at least 1 working day or more before your class date. Within 1 working day, our standard T&Cs will apply, see more here. For any cancellations within the 1 working day (please note our office isn’t operational on the weekend) please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. If this happens outside of working hours, please leave a voice message with details and we will do our best to help.

Avenue Cancellation Cover is non-refundable, non-transferable and is valid for one class transfer, per cover bought. Should you be booked onto multiple classes with multiple people you will need to buy one per person, per class.

How It Works
This cover must be purchased in full for each person booked, either before the 2-week cancellation period (or 1 month for courses) or at the time of booking if you are already within the cancellation window. It is not mandatory and is ideal for those who want added reassurance when booking.

We have 4 tiers of cover per person:

Tier 1 – £10
For our public classes 1.5 to 2.5 hours long

Tier 2 – £20
For our public classes 3 to 5 hours long

Tier 3 – £45
For our Basic & Intermediate Cooking Days

Tier 4 – £159
For our 1-week long public courses

Tier 5 – £319
For our 2-week long public courses
