Description
Learn to bake bread like a pro with us on our Bread Class! Our comprehensive bread-making class will teach you the basics of baking delicious loaves from scratch. You’ll learn about the different kinds of flour, kneading techniques, and baking temperatures as you create delicious bread like focaccia, pitta and soda bread. Finally, learn how to store and freeze your bread so you can enjoy that fresh-baked feeling whenever you like. With the knead-to-know skills you’ll gain in this class, you’ll be a master baker in no time!
We will kick the class off with a demonstration, talking you through all the bread basics, step-by-step, ensuring you’re on track and fully understanding the processes.
After the demonstration you will get hands-on and make a fantastic range of bread that you will then get to take with you to enjoy at home but don’t worry, you won’t go hungry – to keep the hunger at bay, you will eat the Pitta with something delicious the chefs will have whipped up.
Amongst the different bread, you will learn how to cook our famous Diana’s Bread, Diana’s very own recipe that requires no kneading and just rising time. It is famous in our kitchens and is not only a quick loaf to make but also tastes soooo utterly delicious – trust us when we say it is dangerously moreish! So much so that Sophie says it would be her choice of the one thing to eat for the rest of her life!!

I attended the bread baking class last weekend. Great course taught by super enthusiastic Richard. Added a recipe to the course on the spot to answer our questions! We went home with 5 different types of breads and the recipes to do it again at home (all baked from easy to find products in your local shop)..Very hands on course. Gives you confidence to bake bread again at home. Thanks!!

Me and my wife went to the bread making class on a Sunday and we had a great time! We took home plenty of bread, of many different kinds, as well as all the recipes to make them at home with easy to find ingredients. Richard was a fantastic teacher, i would highly recommend going for fun, or if you’re interested to learn more about bread making!
